I build infra
that scales, and AI
tools that ship.
Suraj Sanjay — Solutions Architect, Tech Lead, and AI Product Owner at Synergech. Five years turning messy cloud setups into platforms that engineers actually want to use. Currently leading a team of five to build InfraGenie, a GenAI-powered Terraform provisioner on Azure.
What I'm working on this week.
A living status board. Updated weekly. The honest version of "currently".
I started as an ECE engineer who liked breaking things on Linux for fun. Five years in, I'm the person teams call when their cloud bill is climbing, their deploys are flaky, or their AI prototype needs to become a product.
My career has been a clean diagonal — Infosys for the fundamentals, BONbLOC + McLane for hands-on DevSecOps at scale, then Synergech, where I now lead a team building InfraGenie end-to-end: discovery, architecture, model selection, infra provisioning, the works.
I write about the stuff I figure out the hard way. I prefer boring tech that ships over shiny tech that demos. I think good DevOps is mostly empathy.

InfraGenie — GenAI Terraform Provisioner
A natural-language interface that turns "give me a 3-tier landing zone on Azure with private endpoints" into reviewable, modular Terraform. Built the architecture, picked the model, led the team.
End-to-End DevSecOps on a Three-Tier App
Jenkins + ArgoCD + Trivy + SonarQube + Prometheus + Grafana, all wired up across EKS. The full pipeline, the way I'd build it again.
